THE DURRELS TOUR

As Gerald Durrell himself discovered all those years ago aboard the charmingly named Bootle Bumtrinket, there's nothing quite like exploring the eastern coast of Corfu by boat.

On the luxury sea craft you can head North and visit Kouloura, where Gerald wrote “My Family and Other Animals” while living at cypress-enclosed cove on the northeast coast, or Kalami, where poet and novelist Lawrence Durrell lived for 18 months with his wife.
